First name, last name, birth date, country, Gender, phone number or other personal identifiable information: This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us. And it’s used to provide you with the appropriate services and to contact you if required in connection with your activity on HealthandAge.com or to respond to any communications you might send to us.

Your personal profile can be modified or deleted by you at any time using the available options "edit" or "delete"

3.1.2 Feedback forms

 HealthandAge.com collects your e-mail address and comments only. HealthandAge.com will only send a follow-up e-mail to you if you explicitly request us to do so in the "Additional Comments" field. The address will also be used to send you our newsletter if you decide to subscribe to it (see Newsletter). The other information that HealthandAge.com requests in this section is used only to know what articles are most successful on a qualitative basis on the site but without any linking to your Personal Data. To register to community section, a user has to create an HealthandAge.com account. HealthandAge.com does store the e-mail addresses in a database, but does not intend to use them in any other way.

This serves other participants in that they know where all the other users come from and whether or not they live close to each other.
